Howie has provided services on behalf of hundreds of employers with 75 to 100,000 plus employees since 1983. Domain expertise in Payroll, HR, Benefits, Health Insurance, Technology, Administration and Auditing experience. Prior to starting ACA Managed Services, he formed HR Best Practices, a data-driven healthcare cost management firm specializing in claim and eligibility audits. He worked for Price Waterhouse, Computer Sciences Corporation and Mercer before starting HR Best Practices in 2001.

Jack brings 20+ years of technology experience building systems in the healthcare and insurance industries, including 10 years at Benefits Focus. As an executive he helps bridge the gap between business and IT at every level and as an engineer he still writes code on a daily basis. Over his career, he's built software to automate processes that reduce OpEx and drive millions of dollars in recurring revenue. Jack is well versed with DevOps, Restful Web Services, Python, Javascript, Java and C#. He holds a Masters in Computer Science from Clemson University and a BA in Economics from the University of Texas.

Todd is responsible for Operations and Account Management. Domain expertise in Payroll, HR, Benefits, Health Insurance, Technology, Administration and Auditing experience. Prior to ACA Managed Services, Todd managed several health benefit audits at HR Best Practices. He worked for Mercer for nearly 15 years before joining HR Best Practices.

Pam is responsible for managing and operating the ACA Contact Center where she has provided call center services on behalf of hundreds of thousands of potential 1095 callers. Prior to joining ACA Managed Services, Pam ran (and continues to run) the contact center and fulfillment department on behalf of HR Best Practices' dependent eligibility and working spouse audit clients.

Rob is responsible for business development and strategic marketing initiatives. While new to the healthcare space, Rob joined the company in 2016 to spur the creation of key long-term strategic relationships and new product development. He brings 25 years of innovation and entrepreneurial skills to the team.

Mike has over 20 years experience in the commercial, government, and nonprofit sectors of the Human Capital Management and Benefits industry. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University System of Georgia and a Bachelors in Economics from Loyola University in Maryland.
