Given the potential of high penalties coupled with ambiguous compliance requirements , we share the risk and “walk the talk!” Indemnification amount is equal to the annual value of the contract. Please note clients must score 90 or better to qualify for indemnification.

We also offer Counting Hours services (to determine eligibility for non-benefits eligible employees) and IRS Reporting. Since 2013 we have been providing hours counting services. For the 2015 calendar year we produced nearly 200,000 1095 forms. Many of our clients feel it’s so much easier to deal with one vendor for ACA compliance administration.
