Our all-inclusive fees start at $1,795 for groups with up to 100 recipients.
This is a great price particularly since our software also creates the line 14 Offer of Coverage codes, line 15 Monthly Premiums, and Line 16 Safe Harbor and Other Relief Codes.
All you need to provide is about 18 data elements most of which are in your payroll system.
Clients can hire us to either: 1) Publish, Print and Mail to Employee Homes, 2) Publish, Print and Bulk Mail to HQ, or 3) Publish and Send Digitally. High volume clients also have the option of licensing our software.

Counting Hours Plus
Our fee structure includes a one-time implementation fee and an on-going per employee per month (PEPM) fee.
The implementation fee is largely driven by the number of interfaces, the complexity of the business rules and the quality of the data. Another big cost factor is the transformation of payment data to hours worked data.
The PEPM fee is simply a function of the number of full-time, part-time and variable hour employees.
Clients are required to sign a 1-year contract. Discounts are available for multi-year contracts.
